Good bang for the buck.  Designs are not quite as dynamic as others in the area... but the dues are very low and include all maintenance and cable and internet.  There is no on site pool anymore as they tore down the clubhouse. It was owned by  a 3rd party.  Again, you can join the Mt. Club Fitness Center or the Nordic Inn Pool Club.  The units vary from 2 bedrooms to 4 plus bedrooms with basements.  The association does a great job of maintaining the units and the grounds..  They use to ( assume they still do) have a huge reserve fund.  Have gone up very little in dues for last 10 years as I recall.  Real handy to downtown N.
