2008 - 2009 Seasonal Rentals -

All rentals are non smoking and no pets, though on occasion, an owner will allow a pet if an appropriate rider to the lease is agreed to,

$1,000 security deposit and $150 cleaning deposit for all rentals is usually collected. Expanded cable and basic phone service with a block is paid for in advance. An initial supply of firewood is included

Some rentals include club facilities.. so be sure to ask if that is important.

Not all ( but most do) have shuttle service. Full season rental time frames are from 1st weekend in November through the 1st weekend in May ..OR.. if you want to negotiate something less... we need to collect the N. H. Room and Meals tax of 8%... OUUUUCH!
