Near Loon Mountain Resort, our attractively furnished condo is located in Deer Park, a private resort community. It features a balcony overlooking the Pemigewasset River, cathedral ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, laundry facilities, cable TVs, and DVD. Deer Park amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, racquetball courts, exercise room, sauna, game room, and DVD rentals, as well as a lake with a beach and tennis courts, all surrounded by 65 acres of park-like surroundings. During ski season, a private shuttle service to Loon Mountain picks up at convenient locations around the Deer Park neighborhood. The Pemigewasset river runs by, adding to the lovely walks with its cascades and waterfalls. The villages of Lincoln and North Woodstock, within walking distance, offer dining, shopping, cinema, Hobo Railway and other activities. A short drive will bring you to Franconia Notch State Park, the Flume, Clark's Trading Post. Kayak and bike rentals are nearby.

2009 - 2010 Short term AND Seasonal Rentals -

Currently I have no seasonal rentals per se... BUT I do have several owners who are doing their own vacation rentals... send me an email and I'll put you in contact with them... I need to know what you need for bedrooms etc.

All rentals are non smoking and no pets, though on occasion, an owner will allow a pet if an appropriate rider to the lease is agreed to,

$1,000 security deposit and $150 cleaning deposit for all rentals is usually collected. Expanded cable and basic phone service with a block is paid for in advance. An initial supply of firewood is included

Some rentals include club facilities.. so be sure to ask if that is important.

Not all ( but most do) have shuttle service. Full season rental time frames are from 1st weekend in November through the 1st weekend in May ..OR.. if you want to negotiate something less... we need to collect the N. H. Room and Meals tax of 9%... OUUUUCH!
